Big Grin Just so everyone knows...

Koalabear is my favorite person of the day today. Because she introduced me to these:

Bananas, oatmeal and a handful of dark chocolate chips. They are amazing.

Tomorrow I'm making them again, but I'm going to add a bit of cinnamon and some chopped pecans instead of the chocolate.

If you haven't made these, make them. They are SOOOOOOO good.

They look delish but there is no flour or anything in them right? It's litterally just banana, oatmeal and whatever you want to add?

No flour. Just banana and oatmeal and any add-ins. These with the dark chocolate chips taste like a chocolate covered banana.

Does the banana get fully cooked, like banana-bready? I can't eat raw bananas (food intolerance) but cooked ones are fine.

Mine are more creamy, but I only cooked them for 15 minutes. The longer you cook them, the more the oatmeal with absorb the banana and it will be more crisp. I'm going to cook them longer tomorrow.
