    At a barn I used to work at in Ohio they had something really similar. They were itty bitty spiders so you would be riding or just outside and constantly feel the webs hitting you .

    They weren't everywhere in Ohio, I lived in Ohio my whole childhood. For some reason the specific area this barn was in had them though.
