...to get to our new apartment.
Our balcony overlooks a pool. There is a gym. There will be no yard work/lawn mowing to be done. There is a walking path. I am so excited to sit on the balcony with DH and a glass of wine while our little baby butt sleeps inside.

Thanks people! Also, from what I hear (and saw when we visited!) there are kids there, but not enough to where the pools are over run with them! The manager said that most people who use them go down there to sun bathe so it's normally pretty quiet/relaxing!
And there were SO MANY people walking their doggies! I am so excited.
