I was wanting pulled pork, but I think I bought the wrong kind of pork...it has a bone in it. I hope it shreds...

Anyways what are you having tonight?

What cut of pork is it? I've used bone-in shoulder before and cooked it in the crockpot--it falls right off the bone.

I think it was the shoulder. I know it's not a beef roast!

It will have been cooking on slow for almost 12 hours. Should be nice and delicious.

Shoulder is really good for pulled pork.

Now I really want some pulled pork. I picked up two bottles of Sweet Baby Ray's B1G1 the other night. I'll have to put pork bbq on the menu soon.

DH and I will be on the road tonight, on our way to Kentucky. I took a couple of burger patties that I'd made previously out of the freezer this morning just in case we wanted to eat real quick before we leave.

Tonight is flank-steak fajita night! I'm having my parents and some family friends over, so I'm going overboard. Making spanish rice, and some queso. I wish it was dinner time already.
I'm drooling here, reading about pulled pork! YUM
