    When/Do MRE's go bad??

So I'm here at home, craving a snack. Went rummaging through the pantry but have ZERO snacks. What do I do? Raid the packages of DB's leftover MRE's.
Hey...lemon poppy seed cake is amazing!

But...they don't have an expiration date on them. Do these things ever go bad? If not... o_O

They have about 5 years on them. We have boxes of them.

DF showed me those the other day. I kinda stared at him and said "well...if you want to eat those instead of the food I cook, feel free"....

Hmm by that temperature chart, it looks like mine should last about 36 months. Woohoo!

Yea. We bring them with us when we take trips so we don't have to waste money on buying food.
