    I do and I've done it for as long as I can remember. They annoy me when they rub against my toes and they just seem to bunch up in my sock.

    No. That would drive me insane. If the seam doesn't go across the top of my toes in the way I deem proper, I toss them.

    I guess I do it because my big toe is huge compared to my other toes so while they sit across my big toe properly all my other toes get tangled in the seem. And it's not all socks just the ones with the obnoxiously huge toe seems.
