    So a there is a local challenge going on to cut soda out of your diet and drink (at least) 60 ounces of water a day for 60 days.

    The original challenge was to drink 60% of your body weight in water for 60 days (which for me would be 96 ounces a day), and I'm shooting for that.

    My bladder and my productivity seriously hates me at the moment.

    That sounds bad in my opinion. There is such a thing as too much water. My mom had that problem actually.

    I thought so too, at first. But then I read about the medical risks and the people who have died from too much water, and I feel safe. I'm just annoyed!

    too much water can be bad for you... i've gotten really sick from being over-hydrated actually... just be careful, and don't overdo it on the water... especially since your weight does not really factor how much water you need as much as your activity level, and the temperature....
