I have no idea what we are going to have. After seeing that thread for Lamberts, I want a giant chicken salad in an even more giant bread bowl, but lamberts in something like four hours away.

What are you guys having? Maybe I will get some inspiration.

I am thinking of making some Taboule(lebanese parsley salad), grilled asparagus, grilled chicken and grilled portabello mushroom with balsamic reduction on top.

I grilled anything, but we don't have a grill...

A salad sounds super good, but I have to run to the store. Might be worth it.

You can just do it in the oven on a cookie sheet. I have done that. I use the barley living george forman grill we have It sounds like the perfect dinner to me though... to bad I have to wait a couple more hours since I just ate breakfast/lunch

I can only have 12 oz of fish per week That sounds good though, I may have to use some of my allotment for tuna!

I think we are going somewhere with rolls for dinner. Then I will use some of these suggestions for the rest of the week.
