How do you serve them? Just heat and serve or do you put stuff on them to make em all 'fancy like'?

    Depends...

I'm from South Louisiana, so if I'm just warming them up...I put some butter, salt, pepper, Tony's and a little bit of crab boil!

And I like to make green bean casserole with them too! Can green beans + Can cream of mushroom = Green bean casserole...can't get easier than that! =)

I normally make frozen or fresh, but db loves canned and his mom makes it with garlic salt and butter. So simple, and yet, so elegant.

I simmer them in salt, pepper, worschetershire (sp? ), a beef buillon cube, garlic salt, and onion powder. Cover and simmer for like an hour. Delish and easy. I add worsh. through out the cooking time.

I sautee some garlic in a bit of olive oil them toss them in it long enough to warn them up. I usually add a little bit of lemon juice too so they taste fresher.

I eat them right out of the can. If I'm making them for dinner though, usually a bit of bacon, butter and red bell pepper with garlic, salt and pepper.

It depends on what I'm serving them with. Usually either in olive oil & butter with Tony's and garlic, or in Italian dressing, or with bacon and onions, or with swiss cheese and sour cream.

when i'm just using plain green beans as a side dish and not trying anything fancy, i stir a couple of dashes of Lawry's seasoning mix into it to give it a little bit of flavor.
