You're going to a potluck.... what would YOU bring?

DD's daisy meeting is during dinner time, and we've decided to make it potluck... I'm thinking about these little mexican tortilla rollups and maybe some tortilla chips and dip on the side... they're easy, yummy and mild enough for the girls to eat.

Well, I'm what I am and I'm what I'm not
and I'm sure happy with what Iíve got
I live to love and laugh alot
    and thatís all I need

Ya know, I was totally thinking I could make those, but I loved those little tortilla rollups you made... and the leader doesn't really have it all together, she asked for "healthy" items.. like grapes or crackers.. If it's at dinner time, people need to plan for a meal.

We really need to hang out soon. Stupid busy schedules.

One of my new favorite things is JKirstiH's Pineapple dip with the crackers Man that stuff is good!!!

I always like to pick something easy to make like dessert, because I am not really a good cook Brownies, cupcakes, & cookies always seem like my first choice because of that. Those aren't really dinner or healthy helpful though

Either Waikiki Meatbeals, lil cheese smokies and bbq sauce, or impossibly easy taco pie.
