    Anyone else eat it?

I'm obsessed with it, especially with honey and walnuts, YUM!

Have you ever thought about what protects our hearts? / Just a cage of rib bones and other various parts /
So it's fairly simple to cut right through the mess / And stop the muscle that makes us confess / And we are so fragile /
And our cracking bones make noise / And we are just breakable, breakable, breakable girls and boys.

its really good, and really good for you!! It has like 1.2 the fat and 14 grams of protein in it!! I had bariatric surgery and it is really good for people who have to have a high protein diet.

I'm glad it's good for me
I like the texture of greek yogurt so much better... other yogurt nearly gives me a gag reflex, hard to explain.

I do use it a lot in cooking too, as a base for spices and marinating.
And of course for tzatziki, but I really just love it as a snack with honey.

I haven't tried the plain Greek yogurt. Only kind I've tried was cinnamon-orange-vanilla. Mmmm.
