Do you like your bank?

Why or why not?

I have USAA and I can't imagine ever having another bank. Their customer service is amazing, I always hang up smiling even if I'm dealing with stressful stuff.

I had Bank of America before this and they were awful. Their customer service reeks, their ATM fees are atrocious, and the way they handle disputes is horrid.

Yes, I like my banks. I have USAA and BOA, along with another Credit Union.

I use each bank for a different purpose - and they server their purposes well.

I have a local credit union and I like them. Dh an I will be switching to USAA soon. He has US Bank an they kinda suck, but were keeping them because he needs an account to have his "fun money" in.

I have accounts at several banks. I like all of them. I love our bill paying bank but they only have branches in FL so I think I need to switch. Our bill paying account is at GTEFCU, our spending money accounts are at USAA and we have savings accounts at Navy Fed and Pentagon Fed. I'm thinking about closing the Pentagon Fed because I never use it. I don't even remember the log in info.

FSNB/Fort Sill National Bank
We love that bank for the most part, customer service is great. Doesn't have enough locations, so we only use them for direct deposit/main checking

Wachovia
They're mediocre. We use them for savings/secondary checking.

It takes a long time for you? That's strange, it's pretty much instant for us

I have USAA and i like them so far. but we got a check from DH's grandma and we couldn't cash it. So we had to go to a check cashing place and it cost 3 dollars. that's the only problem we have had so far. Speaking of USAA, do we get paid Wednesday or Thursday?

We love NFCU. We have always had great customer services, and their new AD Military checking acct is awesome

You can scan the checks, or they will send you envelopes to send them the checks to be deposited
