    We got the kids Dance Dance Revolution-Hottest Party for the kids for Christmas on the wii. It's SOOOO addicting!! I can't quit playing!

    my friend lost about 20 lbs just playing dance dance. You don't realize what a good work out it is. She started doing it as exercise after awhile.

    I can see how you would lose weight. It's super easy to spend hours playing it's fun so it doesn't feel like a workout

    I played bowling on the wii for the first time and it was soo much fun! i was never allowed to have video games growing up so it was pretty funny to watch me try to figure this game out.

    I love bowling!!! Matt can't hold a candle to me in bowling..lol Strangely enough my 5 year old is the bowling queen. Strikes strikes strikes adn she doesn't try either..lol

    thats awesome! i've always wanted ddr. ^people are right about the workout! you don't really see overweight ddr experts

    One of my really good guy friends was addicted to DDR and lost a ton of weight.
