    How do you make the broccoli and green bean cassarole ahead of time without the crunchy stuff becoming soggy?

    I either try to keep everything cool and add thst and bake the next day or bake it and add it before you serve it

    I don't make it early, it only takes 30 mins..

    Agreed, green bean caaserole is something that doesn't take too long, best to make it that day to avoid the soggies.
