An unconditional right to say what one pleases about public affairs is what I consider to be the minimum guarantee of the First Amendment.

I leave it out overnight for one night then let it finish thawing in the fridge (about another day or two). I found that if I don't give it the room-temp jumpstart, it never thaws by cook time.

They say 1 day for every 4 pounds in the refrigerator.
