OK, so its a weird question, but I wanna know! What meal is your family's biggest?

I make a big lunch, and we have a really light dinner later on.

My family's largest meal has always been breakfast on the weekends. Other than that we never really ate together.

Our dinner is the biggest but in my efforts to lose weight I found that reversing the heaviness of my meals works better. Big breakfast, medium lunch, small snack and small dinner - reduces how much food my body has to process overnight.

    Yep.
For breakfast eat like a king, lunch eat like a prince, dinner eat like a pauper.

Ours is usually dinner because it is the only meal that we don't have to fend for ourselves. We usually make it together and each have input on what goes into it.
