    Homecoming Outfits

Do you ever see women get WAY too dressed up (formal dresses, etc.) for their SO's Homecoming? What are your thoughts?

What do you typically wear for Homecoming? I know it varies based on season.

Well, I have seen a woman wear what looked like a wedding gown...but, hey, I wasn't going to judge. For all I know they were off to their wedding the second he got home.
For R&R here in a few weeks I am wearing a little sun dress.
For his final homecoming this coming spring I'll probably wear another one. Ha ha.

I think you should wear whatever makes you feel beautiful and comfortable. Something that will wow you SO. For some that is jeans and a top, for others a nice dress, for some a princess gown. Whatever works for you IMHO.

I wear comfortable and casual....but we've been married a while and have kids, so a ball gown would be ruined by strollers, diaper bags, and sippy cups.

I aways wear a dress and heels.
I don't think there can be an overdressed, if someone wants to go all out then they should go for it! It's a big occasion.

Have you ever thought about what protects our hearts? / Just a cage of rib bones and other various parts /
So it's fairly simple to cut right through the mess / And stop the muscle that makes us confess / And we are so fragile /
And our cracking bones make noise / And we are just breakable, breakable, breakable girls and boys.

I wore a little black dress the first time. This time I'm looking for a pretty sun dress. Maybe in white! As for other people I think as long as them and the SO love it that is what counts.
