I am a one book at a time reader but recently met a girl who reads 10+ books at a time. So, how about you?

I read multiple books at a time. I have books all over the house and in different rooms. Just pick it up and read them when I'm there.

I go between reading one book at a time and reading multiple books at a time.
When I actually have a lot of spare time then I can get a bunch of books going, and sometimes I just have multiple books going because there will be one that I'm actually in to and one that I read before bed. Lately though I've just been reading one at a time.

I can only read one, but they don't take me more than a couple days mostly.

I used to when I read paper books but now that I use a kindle I read one at a time. It isn't unusual for me to finish a book in less than a day though.

This is what I do. It's normally not more than 2-3 books though.

One book only. Unless I'm reading something made up of short stories I guess. Although, I do have a (bad?) habit of not reading the ends of books, so in that way I have a bunch of them going at the same time

Only one at a time. Multi-booking confuses me (though admittedly I'm probably making it more difficult than it is), plus I don't have a lot of spare time and it takes a helluva lot of concentration and focus to get through the Game of Thrones books.

I only ever read one. I can't focus enough to keep multiple story lines going.

I am reading multiple books right now, but they have to be in different genres or about different subject matter. For example, right now I am reading an informational book on Maui, a book on boundaries, a marriage book DH and I are reading through together, and a fiction book. None are related, and I can't seem to read multiple fiction books at the same time or the stories get jumbled.
