Anyone know what book this is?

A long time ago (15 years, maybe?) I read a book that was about werewolves and vampires, with the former being the focus, I think. I remember very little about it, other than that I really liked it. I'm in a reading slump, big time, and like I have many times, I am thinking about that book, wanting to find it so I can see if there are more in the series.

I know that's not a lot to go on--not current, and vampires and werewolves. Oh, and I am fairly sure it wasn't YA. I know it's a shot in the dark, but I thought maybe it would ring a bell for someone.

    Any guesses?

It's not the Anita Blake books is it? I read those books years ago and loved them.

Not Anita Blake. Way less sex.

I wish I remembered something else about that damn book!

Not Anne Rice, though I love her stuff!

And it was definitely more than 8 years ago since I read it before I get married, and not at all cutesy or YA-ish. It was more Anne Rice-like, I guess.

I don't recall Nazis. It definitely wasn't as adventure-based as that one.
