    **52 Books in 52 Weeks** v.2014

    Advertisements
    ALRIGHT READERS!!!

A new thread for the new year!!!

For those unfamiliar with how this goes it's where you read one book a week for the whole year.

Do you have a goal for the amount of books you want to read in 2014?

    Yup! I just did

I started this book the other day and read most of it last night and finished just now. So I'm counting it!

Alright, I'm going to go halfsies on this and make my goal 26. I go through phases with reading, particularly when I'm in school But it's always a goal of mine to read more

I try and read as much as I can as well but it all depends on my mood sometimes I think. Also the book of course. Like the book I just finished I was hooked literally after the first two pages no joke. So I zipped through this. I am currently apart of a book blog so I read and review books before they're released so sometimes I get stuck with not so good books and then they take me forever to read. But last year I accomplished 37 books. So not bad for a mom to a toddler!

My goal is 35 books this year. 52 is really pushing it for me. I'd have a hard time finding that many books I actually want to read.

I want to add that even 35 sounds crazy. I think 20 is where I really want to be.

are y'all speed readers or what?! I feel I am a fairly fast reader... but unless it is a short story, there is pretty much no way I could read a book in an enjoyable way within a week!! I like to savor it, usually takes me like a month on average. I have to jam pack my reading with school, so I really like to take my time with recreational reading. If I could find and read 5 really fantastic books this year I would be good with that Problem is finding a book I can get into!! I'm kind of picky.

Yikes I love to read but can't read that many books. I just started Lone Survivor because DB read it and wants to go see the movie but wanted me to read the book. I don't know if I can stomach watching the movie though.
