Arrghhh I want to read this book before I even go out to watch the movie but every single fricken bookstore here on Oahu is sold out!! WTH?!? I've been looking for this book for a whole month. Even when I went up to TX, every place I went didn't have it (they were sold out, expecting a shipment on this such and such day). So frustrating.

I searched a few places before I found it too, I read it the night before I went to see the movie. Great book!!

Library?? or online. I know with BN you can order it in the store and they call you when its in.

I'm having the same problem. My library told me that there is a waiting list and I will be like #168. ugh, the bookstores were sold out too.

I read it in two days.. still havent seen the movie yet..

I know this is an old thread, but did any of you end up reading this? I have it, and have tried to read it twice, but had a hard time getting into it. Is it really good? pretty good? eh?

hey! I'm currently in the middle of this book and for some reason its become pretty easy to put down. I'm in a chapter that is like 60 pages long and it's really slow at this point. There just seems to be a LOT of detail about the surroundings and the family and I don't see it being very important in the coming chapters. Hopefully after I finish this long chapter things will pick up! Where did you get to in the book?
