I'm just now reading the Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown...then...the Lost Symbol.

I just finished Undiscovered Gyrl by Amanda Burnett...I HATED the ending.

Other recommendations are:

The Weight Silence by Heather Gudenkauf
I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell by Tucker Maxx. (I thought it was hilarious)
The Shack by William P. Young
The Watchmen by Alan Moore (Yes, it a graphic novel and yes it's awesome)
The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
Pride and Prejudice Jane Austen
The Scarlet Pimpernel Baroness Orczy

I could go on and on and on....
