Also, the ring like, tilts back. The balls on it basically touch the crook between my nose and upper lip area, even though the piercing is towards the front. Is that normal?

Yes. It'll hang more loosely when it's healed but yeah that's the way it should be for now.

    Done and done!

Glad to hear about it hanging down when its healed. That was my biggest concern. I can force myself to leave it alone, I cannot force myself to love it if it doesnt sit right

Just wanted to update everyone. The scabs have disappeared and I can now wash my entire face again without searing pain. Im typically not a wimp when it comes to pain, so I feel like maybe this wasn't the greatest experience with piercing that I could have had. However, this same guy did my lip and I love that piercing so Im not going to say anything about it. I wish he would have warned me that it would be crooked for a while, potentially forever (based on how it is sitting in my septum) but again, my fault for not asking. I probably will not go back, but only because we will be leaving within 6 months and I doubt I want to spend 100+ on another piercing in that time when I can get piercings for cheaper in the lower 48.

    Thanks everyone for the advice!

    Glad its healing!!

I have a prerty high tolerance to pain but all my piercings (especially my tongue) killed me! (Not the actually piercing but the swelling and healing part.)
