    Okay, I did really well yesterday. I followed my food strictly, except I had a little bit of Apple Crisp instead of popcorn.
    I ran 2 mins/walked 4 mins, for an hour. I went a total of 3.9 miles. I felt really out of shape after doing it though. But, at least I did it.
    I was planning to do TaeBo, but Tristan is home from school and monopolizing the TV. I have to go to school myself today, so working out will have to be done this afternoon when Laney is here to entertain Tristan, ...

    We are going to call this Day 2, though it has been quite a few days since Day 1. I have been a stress monster the last few days. Stress Monster + Halloween = Bad News for dieting. I have new found resolve this morning though.

    I am starting over, so while that may say day 1, it is actually one of countless days in my life trying to lose weight. Right now should be an easier time than most to actually accomplish it though, Bryan is deployed for quite a few more months, and we don't eat out nearly as much, when he is not here. I can also cook more chicken breasts and vegetables, without the complaining.
    This is like the hardest time of year to lose weight, but my goal is to stay in my calorie range everyday ...
