    Well today was a pretty good day. Dad and I are doing pretty good taking care of things while my mom is outta town at my sis and BIL's house,awaiting the birth of nephew.My sis is afraid she will go into labor and her husband will be at work so my mom has been over there for a wk.My nephew is due 8/20 but we will see.   2. Not so good week

    This week has been depressing as far as my weight loss journey goes.Yes I have drank my 32oz or more of water a day and eating wayy healthier now but I did my weigh-in this morning and I lost not one lb.But I have myself to blame for this b/c I did not go walking or do a workout video this week at all.Im starting fresh in the morning and Im gonna make sure I do some sort of activity daily.I def had my wakeup call.

    Well, I weighed myself yesterday morning and I weigh 215.4. I also have not smoked since like last Tuesday morning.Woohoo!!! Im drinking only water and the occasional sweet tea.I went walking yesterday for 20 mins.My db has promised me that hes going to start helping me learn to run and help me with my situps and pushups.So Im going to start that tomorrow and see how it goes.Ill probably really sore but it will be worth it in the end.Today at the PX I got a 32 oz plastic cup so I can ALWAYS have ...

    want a cigarette REALLY REALLY bad right now but I have quit since day before yesterday.I smoked my last one after dropping db off at home before work. UGH!! Why does this have to be so freakin hard??? Hopefully after I started working out more and drinking more water the cravings will decrease.Anyone got any tips?

    Ok crazy me didnt post my starting weight. So here goes it.

    As of today 1/5 :215
    Total weightloss goal: 150
    Overall Id like to lose 65lbs.
