Need help with wine!

What kind of wine do you have with pork chops? Any recommendations? DB is a wine snob and I'm making him dinner when he comes down here, so I want to make sure it is a good one!

I've always been told to have a blush with those in the middle foods like pork. I really like a nice blush-so yummy!

Do you know one that would go well with Panna Cotta?

I think I've decided on some French wine a coworker recommended (if I can find it) If not I may just go to the store and pick out the red wine in the prettiest bottle

It is kind of like fancy jello That is the best way to describe it. It is an Italian dessert and the name means "cooked cream" The basic flavor is just vanilla but you serve it with whatever fruit you want (I'm going to use raspberries for DB and blueberries for me I think)
