Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Bacardi Island Breeze Coconut rum 1/2 tsp. coconut (or imitation coconut) extract 1/4 cup Breyer's Double Churned No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream 1 tbsp. crushed pineapple in its own juice 3/4 cup crushed ice 1 packet no-calorie sweetener Directions: Stir to combine coconut extract and sweetener in 1.5 ounces of water. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Then share this recipe with everyone you know! Don't drink alcohol? Can't drink alcohol? Try swapping the rum with an ounce of water and adding another 1/2 tsp. of coconut extract, and you'll get a virgin version with only about 50 calories! |
