1 pkg Sugar Free Lemonade Crystal Light or its generic.
Make according to its directions to make 2 qts. Once made, add about 1 tsp, or more depending on your taste buds, of Sugar Free Strawberry Jell-O. Mix and voilą! Serve chilled or over ice! I made this up tonight and it's very delicious and refreshing! ![]() ![]() Don't add too much more Jell-O powder, because once you get to the bottom of the pitcher, it will be thick and chunky with little gelatin beads. I added too much...LOL!!! Last edited by Victoria; 10-02-2009 at 09:14 AM. |

The consistency is the same!
I made it before and accidentally put too much gelatin powder and it was slightly thicker, but still liquid.I have a Pampered Chef Quick-Stir pitcher, so I mix it before pouring, just so I know nothing has settled to the bottom. |
