i'm way irish and we always have corn beef and cabbage. and green BEER. and catholic guilt (but that's usually served for dessert).

And, one year my mom died all of the milk in our fridge (I have brothers, we had 3 gallons) green!!! I remember waking up and asking what the hell was wrong with the milk!
