I never really measure but you can use fruit, yogurt & juice in there-it should work great! I do it in the blender & they are yummylicious! Good luck!

I buy a huge bag of frozen mixed tropical fruit at Costco. Its about $7.50. I take out the papaya because it makes the smoothies taste awful IMO. I use the frozen fruit from the bag, sometimes I add bananas or blueberries. I always add some apple juice. I've made them with just bananas and strawberries with apple juice. I used fresh mango once. I think just about any fruit will be yummy. I just always use apple juice as my liquid.
