I'm not sure about the first one, but here's the blue hawaiian:

1 oz Light rum
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Cream of coconut (some have used Malibu rum)

I had this at a luau a couple of weeks ago. The bartender asked if I wanted rum or vodka.

DH got me one and almost threw up. He wouldnt tell what was in it.

I have found a few sites that say what it is that vary:
Option # 1
1/2 ounce 151-proof rum
1/2 ounce Rumple Minze
1/2 ounce Jägermeister
1/2 ounce Goldschlager

Option # 2
1/2 oz. of 151-proof rum
1/2 oz. of Jägermeister
1/2 oz. of Rumpleminze

I saw one that has rasberry vodka, Raspberry schnapps, and cran juice but they are supposed to be white!
