Horchata is just basically sugared rice water, lol
I don't have an exact recipe, but I vaguely remember how my mom makes it. I will ask her the exact recipe, but from what I remember, you put uncooked rice in water and let it soak overnight. then you use the water from the soaked rice, and then the actual rice you grind in a blender. then you add sugar and cinnamon and voila. Like I said, I don't know the actual amounts of stuff, but I'll find out
