Alrighty, for the eclectic dressers out there, I give you...

Keira Knightley!

Ok... I love wearing tights with boots and dresses in winter, but not with shorts in summer. And from what my friends in England have told me, it's pretty warm there right now!
I think a nice pair of flat sandals would have finished the look off if she was really determined to wear the top top part of the outfit.

Not my thing, though would've been alright without the tights or boots. She's looking awfully skinny these days..

she looks cute for the look she is trying to pull off. i am not a fan of the tights with the shorts esp in the summer the boots are cute but again not in the summer. i would never wear that it's just not my style.

I thought so as well... her legs used to look more muscular. And she's getting that bony look all over.

I like everything EXCEPT for the boot and stockings would of looked cuter with a very flat pair of sandels. She must be chums with Sienna Miller.
