    dress websites

    Advertisements
so basically I'm going to be in a wedding where the bride is pretty laid back about the bridesmaid dresses, she pretty much just said a color and that it can be any dress, even if it's not super duper bridesmaidsy. She even prefers short. With this free range, I'm trying to find a dress she will love AND I would wear again. And that isn't too expensive. Like, perhaps $50 to $100. Anyways, what are some websites that have special occasion type dresses? I've already tried David's Bridal, Macy's, JC Penneys, Overstock, Sears, Victorias Secret... found 2 "maybes." I want to look around more. Sooooo... I guess like websites where maybe some of you have shopped for your military ball gown dresses? Or if you were in a similar wedding situation as me? SHARE

ok, and per searching through some of the threads I've also just checked out Mod Cloth (the ONE dress I liked was sold out ) and am now checking out Zappos and Piperlime.

    Any others?

ETA: Zappos and Piperlime seem a little too casual for me. Boo.

This probably isn't a big help if you're doing online shopping only, but I've gotten some very cute dresses at places like TJ Maxx/Ross/etc.

Rent the runway is where I go. I don't get to buy but that doesn't bother me.
