    Where do you find clothes?

    Advertisements
I have the HARDEST time finding clothes that are conservative-ish, yet not matronly. I can occasionally find things at Kohl's, TJ Maxx, Ross, etc. but I don't have one "go-to" store for when I need something cute.

Soo, where do YOU shop for every day items?

Ross. I'd never gone to one until about 6 months ago, and now I'm hooked. They have every type of clothing I could dream of and for such a good price

Although when it comes to pants, the only place I can find ones that fit me well is Charolette Russe or Mandees.

I like Ann Taylor Loft for what you are describing. I also wear a lot of banana republic.

Old navy I do like banana republic too though. I think it more has to do with what you pick at the store than the store itself. I can find cute conservative things at forever 21 that is right next to a hoochie dress

I guess I just get so overwhelmed with all the not-okay choices that I have a hard time finding what DOES work. I seriously need to go on What Not To Wear.

Thanks for the suggestions. I love Ann Taylor Loft, but the clothes looked much better pre-baby. Old Navy just never has what I am looking for when I go, but in theory I love their clothes.

I've been really diggin' Ann Taylor, NY & Co., Express, and The Limited. I'll always check eBay first to see if there are NWT/NWOT items from those places first so I can try to save a bit of coin

Sometimes I go to Ross but I have found that one of my favorite places is Maurices. They have very classy looking modest clothes.

H&M or Marshalls. Love Banana, J Crew, and Anthro too but they're so pricey.
