    tips for rough elbows?

My elbows are usually pretty dry but my left one is like straight up sand paper. Does anyone know of a cream or a scrub that will soften it?

LUSH sells a body butter called Buffy (the backside slayer) and its amazing for dry elbows. I used to use it all the time and my elbows felt like normal skin after, seriously.

Marykay has a pink goop thing (I think it's an eye make up remover) and it works well for elbows, scars, any other dry skin..101 other things..

Cuticle oil works in a pinch... Olive oil too.

Otherwise, body scrub followed by body butter does wonders too.

The Norwegian Formula cream for rough heels (or and dry heel cream) will do the trick.

I second the Buffy bar. Lush is available at their stores and often times macys has one in their store. Just go to their website and use the locator.

Interesting. I might have to try that. I like the idea of sleeping on a towel too.
