    Fungus on my nail

    Advertisements
I have a green fungus under my nail.
I can't take the nail off yet. I just got them done!
I've been getting my nails done for a long time and never had this.
    Anything I can do?

If it's under your nail, applying something topical won't do anything. You need to take an OTC antifungal pill. I'd go and ask a pharmacist.

You might need to get a prescription for lamisil, or you can try some home remedies like funginail. It costs about $10 at the drugstore and you can use it while your nails are painted because it's applied around the edges of the nail and underneath the nail at the top.

I would try that before lamisil tbh because lamisil can have some bad side effects, and it's not good for your liver.

Thank you. I was on lamisil before and it wasn't good. I read if I use rubbing alcohol on it that it will help. I'll try that.

I've heard soaking your feet in vinegar helps, and tea tree oil since its a natural antifungal.

It's on top of my nail. I put tree tea oil on it earlier.

    Thank everyone!
