    Shock Waxing

I'm getting my first ever brazilian tomorrow. I am absolutely terrified. Some words of wisdom would be much appreciated.

Please tell me it's worth it!

Sorry for being such a big .

I am going to be stalking this thread. I bought a buy one get one Groupon for a Brazilian Wax and I am nervous about using it. So you will have to post about your experience.

Take ibuprofen a half hour before hand and relax. It didn't hurt as bad as I expected but still...

I bought a home kit, hurt like a bitch. I'm still sore and bruised! Never again with a home kit.
Interested about how it goes down having it done for you though!

I do the at home one. Just did it tonight actually. I have to have Dh help because I'm to scared to pull the wax paper... It hurts a few minutes after the initial waxing, but I'm already over it. A little soar/ sensitive, but I'll live. And do it again in a few weeks.

It's not as bad as your mind makes it out to be, but yes, it WILL hurt.
Take the ibuprofen 30-60 minutes before your appointment.
Wear loose clothes! Like cotton underwear and sweats.
And remember it will be sore for about 2-3 days afterward.
But yes, it IS worth it.
    Good luck OP!! Be brave!

(I've done it once, but I plan on going again for DB's homecoming as a surprise to him. There is no way I want to deal with itchy razor burn when he comes home. )

DB: "Hey woman, listen up. I love you. Now shut up and kiss me."
Me: "What sparked that sudden outburst?!"
DB: "I just love you. You are beautiful. You are sweet. And you are MY baby. And I miss you."
