Sometimes my hair breaks off after I dye it too (I'm blonde). I usually just deep condition, wear it pulled back as much as I can (but not tight, just like a loose bun), and completely lay off the hot tools and products for a week or so.

idk, I have never had a hair dye (even the bad jobs) affect my hair after three months.

Try doing a co-wash. it REALLY helps when my hair feels a bit dry

You need to cut it and start afresh. When did you dye your hair after she over processed it? Too much chemicals on your hair will cause your hair to be fragile and break.

Also, bad diet will also affect your hair.

Take a daily multi vitamin and make sure you are eating healthily and STOP using any sort of heat product on your hair (but you will still probably have to cut it if it breaking every day) and just let it be.
