    Winter Coat

    Advertisements
So while trying to figure out to tell my dad to get me for Christmas, I thought of a new winter coat. Nothing wrong with my current one. It's just not dressy. I want something that looks nice and will keep me warm.

I was thinking black or grey. Or a dark green would be nice. Where is a good site to look?

    Thanks for the help!

Thanks. I'm thinking if it's a nicer coat, it should be longer? I'm 5'4" but don't know if longer will make me look shorter or what.

This one is kind of cute. Dressier than what I currently have. Not sure how warm it would be though.
CoffeeShop Plaid Dress Coat - Black/White : Target

I like that it has slanted pockets.

    ohh that is super cute

I'm 5' 5 1/2" and I feel if I wear anything longer than my butt my legs are stubby and I look short too. If I did go longer, I would go for an actual trench

I really like this one Braetan Double Breasted Stand Collar Wool Peacoat
and this Giacca Asymetrical Belted Wrap

A little more expensive, but I like this Women's & Men's Clothes: Plus Size, Maternity, Baby & Kid's Clothing | Old Navy
this is kinda similar to my white one Donatella Petite Zip Duffle with Velboa Trim Hood

Or this. I like how fitted it is. It looks more put together. Though the pockets look small.

The Old Navy one you posted is cute. I looked at it. But I'm worried about the length. I had a red pea coat a few years ago and I guess it made my thighs/butt look bigger. So I'm worried about that.

This isn't bad. But I think it's short. And it's white.

Check out JCPenny. I have found great prices on their wool coats( google for a coupon code and you may be able to do even better, if you are ordering online), and the one I have seems to eb really good quality. They have everything from pea coats to more traditional wool overcoats.

This one is shorter and comes in a ton of colors.HERE

I like this one (it comes in solids). HERE

There are a lot more as well adn they seem to be very marked down right now.
