When my hair gets like that I use something like BioSilk when it's dry. It usually tames everything for me. I never put it in more than once though. My hair will get too oily if I put it in more than once. And it's never a lot either.

I love frederic Fekkai. This is what I use to add shine and it helps lessen the effects of dry/damaged hair.

For the static, there is expensive stuff you can buy but I use static guard. Just a couple light sprays helps...plus if you have long hair spray it in the back of your clothes where your hair touches. It helps!!

I grew up in upstate NY and I'm a huge fan of Aussie deep conditioning treatment. It's fairly cheap and has the same result as some of the more expensive stuff. I use it once a week and rinse it out with freezing cold water. I've also used Mane and Tail deep treatment before and have had good results with that too! Good luck

Amazon.com: Design Essentials Silk Essentials 4 Oz: Health & Personal Care

This is what I use. It definitely puts moisture back into my hair and tames the frizzies. And I never have to use a lot, so it goes a long way.

My hair gets super staticky too. And I can only use so much conditioner.

This will sound but I rub my hair with dryer sheets. They smell good and get rid of the static

Haha I do this too! I keep some with me that way if it gets full of static I can fix it. They are great because the fold up so small and fit anywhere.
