Shampoo Recommendations

I have sensitive skin/scalp and fine oily hair. I've tried all the drugstore stuff. Aveeno works best but it still kinda leaves my hair greasy and my scalp dry/irritated. Any salon brand recommendations?

Have you ever tried the Head & Shoulders that comes in the blue bottle?

i have oily hair too, and i have to shampoo twice. that pretty much solved my problem. lather, rinse repeat hehe i usually use pantene pro v (full and thick) or head and shoulders on occasion (smooth and silky) but with the shampoo i wash the oil out, rinse, then wash and rinse again. I wish i had known that when i was 15. i suffered oily hair all through high school

thats no fun! I am not familiar with your type of hair but I am huge on Redkin hair products. I love them and they come in different hair types. You can buy it at places like Sally's and also target yet are used in many Salons including the one I go to

You have the same type of hair I have and the only thing i can use now is Biolage. I use the kind of color treated hair because I dye mine but I have used the regular kind and it works amazing as well! I normally and able to find two of the HUGE bottles in a pack for like 25 bucks.

It's good for my scalp but too heavy for my hair.

I haven't used Biolage in a couple years probably. I remember liking it but I think it made my hair oily. I can't remember.


I'm thinking of trying baby shampoo. It's really the only hypoallergenic thing I can find. Makes sense though, I have to use baby detergent. I don't know why I never thought of it before - I hope it works.
