    Military Ball tomorrow...easy updo?!

    Advertisements
Alright so I'm going to a Navy/Marine Corps Ball tomorrow with my boy, and of course I have class from 8am to 5pm straight through and need to be ready for 6pm. That gives me an hour...

I need a pretty updo style that I can pull off in that time. I have loose curls, but since my hair is so thick and long (it comes to just under the girls), gravity pulls them down unless I product them up.

    Please help me out?

    Thank you so so much!

What are you wearing, I think it would be easier to give ideas depending on what you are wearing

I think you're hair would be really pretty if you just left it down. Maybe just take a bobbi pin and pull up the top a little bit

I think you should leave it down, maybe twist a section back and secure it with a bobby pin so it's out of your face. I wouldn't try an updo you aren't used to doing with only one hour to get ready, though.

Your dress is beautiful. I think you should just wash your hair in the morning and then leave it down for the ball. Maybe you could twist a section of hair on each side and bobby pin after class.

I agree if you have curly hair like i do when you wash it just put it up in a tight bun during the day so that is will have loose wave in it when you are ready after class.

    This.

Or you can do what I did and pull a bit of the front on each side out and twist it up in the back, so that you just have all the loose curls spilling down your back and your hair is kinda half up a bit.

It didn't take that long (except for me fussing).
