My FSIL has them. She loves them.

My brother has them, I think they've really improved his teeth. He has to take them out every time he eats though, which is kinda gross to me haha.

Same thing as with a retainer. I'd rather take it out than have to restrict what I eat, KWIM?

I haven't but my brother had them and he was really pleased with the results.

My mom is paying for me to get them for my birthday present! I haven't made the orthodontist appt yet though. I have to make sure I don't need any other dental work first...

I think tricare covers half the cost of them...
