Honestly, is this a cute dress? Its not for anything in particular, just another dress to have. I honestly honestly could not decide if i liked it. I mean, obvi i bought it
 but does it need to go back? close up of the bust area  TIA

I think its cute...Not a fan of the ruffles on the shoulders.. but I like the way the bust is designed... and i think the fabric is cute and fun... for beachy dinners

I'm sorta torn. It is cute. But it almost seems like it's so busy it takes away from you. I like it. I am just torn.
 that did not help at all, did it?Ok here's the question : If you're not even sure if you like it, when are you going to where it? What type of event would you wear it to, and do you have another dress in your closet right now that you would probably pick over the new dress?

It wasnt a GREAT deal, but its from Nordys and one of their "cheaper" items haha.
Yes....BUSY is exactly what i thought, too. Id def wear it, but im just not crazy about it, ya know? I just want to make sure its not hideous to the majority of other people
