oh thank you. The wet seal one the last one is kinda like what I was thinking. I actually saw one on Hannah montana I really liked, but I can't find a picture. This is one she has but not the one I remember seeing.

ive been window shopping online alot this week. i got a really cute one last year at tj maxx for pretty cheap.
