Brittle nails
Does anyone have any advice for healthy ways to strengthen one's nails? Mine are so thin and sad. They break all the time... or the top layer of nail peels off (and that looks gross). Any help?

I do take a multivitamin. Did you take B12 in addition to a multivitamin?

prenatals! not sure if you can take them when not preggo (ask your dr they are pretty strong and loaded with a lot of vitamins). i have the same problem as you, ive tried vitamin e pills, b12 pills, jello, more milk nothing worked but prenatals. they get so long now and are so strong i cant believe it.

Take a multi, gelatin, biotin and folic acid.
Your nails will be fantastic, but it may take a few months to notice. Your hair will be great, too.
