    Shoe help!

    Advertisements
I couldn't decide if this should go here or in weddings...

I'm MOH in my cousin's wedding in two weeks. She doesn't care what our shoes look like as long as they are dark brown. Here is my dress:

    With a sash like this:

    except thinner... but that color.

The dress is hemmed for about a 4 inch heel. Help me with some ideas, por favor!

The dress hits the floor, so all anybody will even see (if any of the shoe) is the toe. I'd say get a pair that you'll be able to wear over again like a plain ole round/point toe hell. And since it's brown I'd go with a fabric looking one with a dull shine or suede (suede heels are EASILY casual too )
I personally like these in my two minutes of google

I was going to wear a dress like that to the Birthday ball last year I LOOOVE it.

    be cool.

I agree I want some I can wear again since the only time anyone will ever see the shoes is when I grab my dress to walk up and down the stairs and let's be honest, nobody will be looking at my feet. The dress is satin so I think suede would look weird. Though I'm over some new Steve Madden suede ones.

I like the ones you posted! It's sooo hard to find cute dark brown evening shoes.

Honestly, I doubt anybody would even notice that the suede is duller than the satin, since the dress is floor length. The shinier fabric shoes are harder to make casual, that's why I'd probably just go with suede and hope nobody cares enough about my shoes to notice they're duller

    be cool.

Cute! I'm leaning toward messy bun too. She said she wants our hair up.
