padded strapless bra

So i have my dress for the navy ball, it's a dress i've already worn, but we're broke so whatev haha. anyway, is there a way i can get a padded strapless bra? it's an open back halterneck and makes me look like i have no boobies, last time i wore it i just took the pads out of a padded bra and used boobie tape but i don't want to have to do that again. So...suggestions please?
by stapless i mean the one that has cups yu stick on your boobies kinda? it can't have a back strap or a shoulder strap, and i'm not a big fan of the "invisible" straps cus they never are actually invisible...does whatt i want even exist?

I was going to suggest the Nu Bra. I tried one on with a dress once and it works wonders!

I got my strapless bra at Victoria's Secret and it actually comes with straps so you can wear it both ways.
