    Hot rollers... need tips

    Advertisements
I have these: http://www.folica.com/Remington_T_Stu_d4963.html which I thought would be great since they are dual heat (the clip is ceramic) but the thing is, I can't figure out how to not get a crease from the clip.

Anyone have any tips to eliminate them?

I will be forever grateful because I'm starting to have too much hair to curl with my little 3/4" iron. (I need a 1 1/4" I think)

I all my hot roller sets Um if this makes sense, I clip then towards the back. So like you are probably clipping them more forward because you are looking in the mirror try doing it the opposite way... if that makes sense

You can try rolling them the opposite way as well. so like your front one you will see more roller then hair. This can get confusing I know but I a assuming you are only seeing the crease in the front and not all around. Also if you are hair spraying before rolling that can make it worse. I use like styling spray so its not as controlled.

I have thick coarse hair so I can get away with just spraying my curls at the end. Usually I just put protectant in it before.

I have very very thick hair and I love a product I have called Second day hair (I don't think thats exactly it but I am to lazy to get out of bed!) and then I use a setting spray all over when done

Hot rollers are awesome. I recommend them to everyone!

For me, I try to make sure the section of hair on my scalp is not too big for the clip. The bigger the difference in section size to clip size, the harder it is to roll it without a crease.
